The Gaian ski decompression weekend. A convergence of leaders co-creating an immersive vision of the thriving future.
Our goal is to create an adventure of a lifetime after Davos WEF week by creating a collaborative experience to share visions and solutions from the future. We will have so many experiences that will be nothing short of spectacular.
Most of the magic of the UP Game will remain a mystery until you experience it… But to give you a taste for what is in store…
Time Day - 24th January
On this day we will step outside of time together and into our best selves.
12pm Opening circle in House of Trust
1.30pm Opening Lunch
4pm Last train up to to of Parsenn
4.30pm Ski or Snow shoe to Iglu-Dorf welcome reception at 2640m
5pm Time Day opening circle
7pm Choose rooms and Fondue dinner
9pm Sauna, Jacuzzi and time sovereignty party
11pm optional midnight snowshoe adventure
Water Team - 25th January
The Water team will create a celebration of the rise of communities and the commons. Anticipate feeling a new sense of community, belonging and shared purpose.
7am rise and dress to head up to Panorama restaurant
8.30am Water Team opening circle
9.30am Gaian Skiing adventure
1pm Iglu-Dorf community celebration lunch and DJ set
2.30pm Gaian Ski adventure
Fire Team - 25th January
The Fire team will create a celebration of the transformation conscious culture on society and the economy. Anticipate a powerful journey of reflection and integration into the new.
Until 4.30pm Gaian Skiing adventure to Schatzalp
4.30pm Check into rooms at Schatzalp
5.30pm Fire Team opening immersion in Sauna
From 7.30pm 5 Course Jubilee Planetary Peace dinner led by Fire Team in Belle Epoque
9pm until late Fire celebration party in Scatzalp Piano Bar
Air Team - 26th January
The Air team will create a celebration of all life unleashing our fullest potential.
From 7.30am Breakfast in Belle Epoque
8.30am Breathwork and opening Air Day circle
9am Gaian Ski adventure with surprises
1pm Planetary Potential lunch at Chalet Guggel
2.30pm Gaian Ski adventure
Earth Team - 26th January
The Earth team will create a celebration of Planetary Thriving and our relationship and union with Gaia.
Until 4.30pm Gaian Skiing adventure to Schatzalp
5pm Earth Team opening circle at sunset
7pm Cheese, meat and vegetable fondue feast in Panorama restaurant
9pm Night sledging adventure led by Earth Team to Davos village followed by Pachamama Party
By midnight ride train back to Schatzalp
Aether Day - 27th January
Aether Day is the grand crescendo. We bring all our stories together into a unifying narrative that only we can tell - Our Gaian Tradition.
From 7.30am Breakfast in Belle Epoque
8.30am Water Team Activation
9am Gaian Ski Adventure
11am Fire team activation in surprise location followed by ski adventure
1pm Air team closing lunch and activation in Strela Pass at 2352m
2.30pm Gaian Ski adventure
4pm Earth Team apres ski in Iglu Dorf
Return Skis by 6pm to base of Parsenn lift
6.56pm Train to Zurich

We feel synchronised ‘Ecstasis’ when we meet with open hearts, love and comittment to tell the best story of ourselves.

The future should not be predicted but achieved. We are here to architect and reverse engineer positive futures in a non-incremental way.
Unifying Stories
Our artifact is a response to the crisis of meaning by crafting a new story of a thriving civilisation in harmony with all life.
Accommodation
For Future Friday we will be staying at Iglu-Dorf. We have a hot house with a fire place, expedition sleeping bags will be provided and everything you need to stay warm.
From Saturday to Monday we will stay at the legendary Schatzalp Hotel.
Costs
Participation is CHF 2000 which covers all meals, experiences, accommodation in a shared room for 3 nights.
We have up to 12 places at CHF 3000 for a solo room/suites. As always with UP Games we keep up to 12 Academy scholarship positions available for a cost of CHF 1000 for low income Gaians that need it. Additionally, we also offer a Local Participation for CHF 500 for those staying elsewhere but joining for the meals and activities.
UP Game participation fees go to our non-profit 501c3 and are designed to only cover the costs of the creation of the experience. The amount invested is rewarded in Stars in the United Planet. Please choose the best option below.
